how is cardiokicks4u different from other studios?
John Lescure is the founder and instructor at CardioKicks4U. Having a background in Taekwon-Do, John brought his martial arts skills into the group fitness arena in 2003 when he started teaching at health clubs throughout the valley. As his classes became increasingly popular, John decided to offer cardio kickboxing to the community under his own brand. Word also reached members of local sports teams, including the Rattlers Sidewinders, and the Cardinals and Suns Cheerleaders, who now supplement their training with his classes throughout the year to stay in competitive shape. In 2008, John officially founded CardioKicks4U.
Along with his technical knowledge of punches and kicks, motivating personality, and passion for fitness, John mixes his own music in-house to provide a unique, motivating workout.
