"I started cardio kicks classes 5 years ago before I had any children. I loved it because it was a change from my normal gym routine. You give it all you have for an hour and the time flies by because you are having fun moving to music. What a fun way to get a workout! When I became pregnant with my first son I was determined to continue doing the classes hoping it would help with my delivery, and it did! I had such an easy delivery and was able to pick it back up 6 weeks later. Since I continued classes up to a week before my due date, I of course had to do the same with my second pregnancy. I was determined. I am proud to say I was able to do that. I had to modify the moves and listen to my body but the class allows you to do it at your own level. If I can do it 9 months pregnant, anyone can do it!" - Stephanie G.
