What should you expect during your first visit?

Cardio kickboxing combines aerobics, boxing, and martial arts,  therefore you can expect fast-paced, high-impact techniques.  If you are a beginner to fitness in general, we will show modifications so you can take it at your own pace, yet still get a good workout.  Bring lots of water and a towel.
A typical class consists of the following:  5-min warm up
                                                                            40-min cardio/intervals
                                                                            5-min ab/floor exercises
                                                                            5-min cool-down/stretching
During a 1-hr class, fitness professionals estimate that by adding high-intensity intervals into the workout, participants can burn up to 800 calories depending on technique, individual metabolic rate, intensity, etc.  One thing is for sure: the more you push, the more you burn!

Classes take place in Room 703 at Deer Valley High School:
18424 N 51st Ave
Glendale , AZ 85308

To access the room, park in the lot off 51st Ave, and walk west through the steel gates. Room 701 will be the first room on your left.
